THIS IS WHERE THINGS CHANGE.
Relationship Therapy + Coaching with Lucy Orton
let’s be honest:
If your intimate relationship doesn’t feel good, the rest of your life probably doesn't either.
You can be thriving on the outside and still feel painfully disconnected at home.
That gap and that pain is real - and we can fix it.
maybe you’re…
Feeling completely at sea in a relationship that feels broken.
No amount of success, self-awareness, or individual therapy sessions can compensate for chronic disconnection with your partner.
Functioning… but stuck in resentment, loneliness or shutdown.
You feel exhausted from years of trying to fix things without seeing any lasting change - or even small glimmers of progress.
Wondering if there’s anything that can fix this relationship.
When communication breaks down and resentment builds up, it can feel irreversible.
But what’s needed isn’t more waiting around and hoping for change - it’s more depth and specialised, transformative support.

I’m Lucy orton.
I believe many couples don’t need to break up but they do need to wake up.
And do you know what?
When they do, they often find the love isn’t gone, it’s just buried beneath years of unspoken needs, unhelpful patterns, and unresolved pain.

We go deep, we spend an intensive amount of time together and we are fiercely intentional with that time. Using Terry Real’s incredible RLT model, we break the rules of traditional therapy and bring long-lasting change in an accelerated period of time.

At the heart of the patterns and conflicts you’re stuck in? Likely a whole lot of deep-rooted pain. With a trauma-focused and compassionate eye, we will uncover, and importantly heal, what threatens to break your relationship for good. Using RLT alongside the powerful and proven trauma-informed modalities, Brainspotting and IFS, is heady and transformative - and I’ve seen time and again how well it works.

Individual therapy is powerful but couples therapy is a different beast entirely.
Many clients see well-meaning therapists, often individual therapists, who don’t have specific couples training and don’t have a map to guide you through this vulnerable and challenging process.
You deserve a specialist who can powerfully hold this space and manage conflicts as they arise.
You also need an investment of time: to figure out what’s going on, to heal and make right AND to learn skills to ensure changes stick.
For this reason (and many others) the intensive approach is best practice for deep and effective couples work.
Here’s how I can help:
